Hello! I’m a mum of four & live in a small Oxfordshire village.

We share our home with a big goldfish & three Maine Coons. Two are huge & totally adorable 7yr old twin brothers, while the other is an equally adorable 2yr old female.

In my spare time I like to craft, scrapbook, knit, sew, garden, watch movies, read books & surf (the web!) ~ not necessarily in that order. We visit historic buildings & homes, & love walking in our beautiful countryside, enjoying nature's splendours.

Some of you have great handwriting that puts mine to shame so, please, kindly take the time to handwrite your message & the address. I love to see various handwriting styles from diverse countries, and taped labels & messages can often be ugly as they tear & spoil the card you carefully chose.

Please tell me about you, your lifestyle, your country, pets, favourite song, what the weather's like when you write, Ben & Jerry’s or Haagen Dazs, apples or organges? etc. I truly believe THIS is what Postcrossing is about & NOT who can send/receive the greatest number of cards in the quickest time.

I'd like to receive: Scenic, architectural (esp. old buildings), animals, children, funny cards & ones with quotes. Advertising cards are ok, too. I'd love a hand-made card if you can spare the time to make one, but PLEASE put it in an envelope to preserve your handiwork.

I don't want: Anything remotely offensive.
