Hello, World!

My name is Andrey, I am a Postgraduate student in the History Department.
Besides History-related postcards I would like to receive postcards with architecture, fine art, photography, traditions & ethnic stuff, nature, landscapes, maps and flags. You are also could check out my wall of favs which might be very helpful.
I appreciate any postcard, but there are several types of postcards I would like to avoid.

Please, NO:

- MULTIVIEW;
- sports;
- New Year cards;
- religious holidays (no Christmas or Easter cards, please);
- free and AD postcards;
- handmade postcards.

A little request: no envelopes, please.

The only thing i really dislike is receiving blank postcards. I guess that Postcrossing is definitely something more than just a pretty printed pictures exchange, but it's an opportunity to represent yourself to the other one, to share your thoughts, moods and impressions.
What is your favorite book? Movie? What is the weather outside right now? Any curious or mysterious thing happened to you recently? Write me a few words about the place you live in, it's history and remarkable (or hidden) sights. A salad recipe? Great! And so on... But please NO politics at all.
If you have nothing to say you can write me a chorus (or even more!) from your favorite song, an inspirational quote or just wish me a great day ;)
