Hello everyone!

My name is Marilena, I am German and I moved from Germany to Switzerland last year to pursue my Ph.D in Molecular Life Sciences in Lausanne. Lausanne is located directly at Lake Geneva, close to mountains and vineyards, and it is a truly beautiful place on Earth!

I absolutely love to travel and to learn about other cultures and languages!! Postcrossing is such a great way to connect with people and learn about places far away! I am always happy when I find a postcard in my mailbox! :)
