I feel happy in introducing myself to the postcrossers from all over the world!

I am Sunil S Halapeti, Assistant Manager at Centre for Excellence in Postal Technology, Mysore, working with India Post.I am a post graduate in mathematics. I like to read & write.I like to study handwriting & signatures.

I am a fan of Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Roger Federer,James Bond, Jackie Chan Movies, R K Narayan, Sharat Chandra, Tony Buzan, Harry Lorayne and most of all the Scientists and the Mathematicians like Archimedes, Euler, Bhaskaracharya, Arybhatta, C V Raman, S N Bose, J C Bose, Ramanujam. These people and many more like these interest me, inspire me!

Tao Te Physics, The Dancing Woo-li masters etc. are the books which relate to eastern mysticism and western science-the ardhanarishwara roopa. Hence, I would like to receive cards on such topics as well which explore the other realms that include creative thinking in the world of Mathematics and Science.

Fibonacci sequences, Golden Ratio, transcendental numbers, symmetry in numbers / nature, asymmetry-ness, colours etc. fascinate me!

I like to play any sort of game or sport like tennis, badminton, hockey, table tennis, volleyball, basket ball, baseball, cricket, football, jumping, hopping, skipping etc. Yogic exercises suit my body.

I am Interested in collecting postcards depicting landmarks, heritage buildings, interesting buildings, scientific establishments, topography, landscapes, places of interest, culture, hobbies, puzzles, flora, fauna etc.

I would also like to collect cards that excites and invigorates you! I would also like to collect 3-D cards or cards having puzzles on them! I do not like multiple photographed cards. I have heard something of Magic Eye Cards but do not much about them or do not remember to have received from anywhere. So, if you have one of those,it may also be sent. However, I would like to receive any card that may interest the person who is about to send me a wonderful card!

Through this activity, I am looking at reaching out to as many people on earth as possible who are like minded, having concern on various issues plaguing earth. Preservation and conservation, friendship and fraternity, love and harmony is what I am aiming at!

My wife is a fellow postcrosser! Our daughter who is now four recognizes who between us has received the card! She loves them too because she likes colours! Of late, our son who is two years now has also started liking the cards-to feel, to smell and comes running with the card, if any received on the day, when both of us return home together after the day's work!

It has been I, me, my, mine and ours but now it is your turn to send me a wonderful card which shall bring smile and cheer even to the two tiny tots that I have at home.
