Hello Postcrosser,

My name is Franziska and I am German, but I live in Switzerland right now. Close to Basel (Bale) together with my boyfriend and 3 lovely cats named Balou, Cosimo and Römi.
I am a bookworm and I spend (almost) all my free time by readings books, mostly fantasy and science fiction literature, but also biographies. I love meeting friends, the music of Abba and movies from Bud Spencer and Terence Hill and Star Trek.
I was a nurse but I can not work in this job anymore, so I try to support voluntary organizations and foundations by voluntary work and I teach German for/to foreign children. All my life I enjoyed to attend school and if one project is finnished I start a new one with a lot of enthusiasm.
I am happy about every postcard from all over the world. I am interested in the way you are living and I can not wait to receive my first postcard from..........? If you do not know what to write, you can send me your favorite recipe for christmas cookies.
You can send me any postcard you like. I will be happy about every one. I do not prefer, but I really like postcards from:

- cities or places which are photographed by night,
- pictures of cats,
- Universe/Space,
- pictures of high schools (if they exist at all, but please no "High School Musical" cards, I mean real high schools or even the logos of them)
- and postcards that show a special feeling.
- Also seasonal postcards (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, f. e. trees with golden and coloured leafs, landscapes of snow, beaches...)are welcome and I am a fan of
- Christmas.
Please no advertising cards. I am also a huuuuuge fan of
- "Puss in Boots". I love this cat.
- Birthday cards are warmly welcome too.
- My newest hobby is collecting bears of Build a Bear, so I would be very glad to receive postcards showing anything that has to do with teddys and bears.
