Hello,
my name is Stephan. I'm 39 years old and a social worker. I live in the beautiful city of Cologne with my girlfriend an her kids. We've got two sweet cats, too.
I joined Postcrossing because I'm very interested in foreign countries, languages & cultures and want to learn more about them.

The kind of postcards I like most are:
- Postallove cards (they are fantastic)
- Flag Cards from Postcardsmarket.com
- everything about soccer. I`d love to get some postcards with football motives. Especially stadiums and/or players would be great.
- Sports motives in general
- Pop Art (Lichtenstein etc.) and Modern Art (Kandinsky, Miró, F. Marc, Blauer Reiter, Bauhaus)
- DC and Marvel comics
- Beer(bottles) & alcoholic beverages
- Cars & Motorcycles
- Movie posters or actors

- retro cards or vintage motives
- cards with black and white photos
- extraordinary, strange or mystical motives
- cards with typical/famous buildings and/or attractions of your city and/or country
- cards with the seal of the city on it
- cards with a map of your country or region on it

But everything else is perfectly welcome as well...

If your first language uses a different writing system than roman (i.e. Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Thai, Russian, Greek, etc.) please write a word or two in your language so I get to know it. Thank you!!!

I always look up the profiles of the people I may send a postcard in order to get to know what they would like to receive. I will try to pick the perfect card for you. So the more you write in your profile, the better I can choose something fitting for you.
