I am a lab technician and enjoy looking at data, statistics and quality. In my spare time I like to learn new crafts and skills. For hobbies I enjoy reading, gardening, knitting, painting, wood carving and antiquing. I love to eat with family and friends at every opportunity, but I do not enjoy cooking.

I am chasing the perfect hot chocolate recipe, like the one from the movie "The Santa Claus" with Tim Allen. If you have any recipes for a rich, smooth, and absolutely perfect hot chocolate please share!!!
