Hello World!

Time to update my profile. My name is Danny and I’m still so excited by Postcrossing!

I live with my wonderful Fiancée / Best Friend, Becca. Recently (Nov 2019) we bought our first place after years of renting. We love our house! I was born in Reading, studied in Stoke-on-Trent then settled in Birmingham. I studied Psychology in university now I work in a University Admissions Dept. We both volunteer for a First Aid charity, St John Ambulance which keeps us busy. We enjoy hiking and seeing friends. I really like trains. I love reading and books, especially poetry. Even if it’s not your thing I would love to hear some suggestions of poets from your country. I also adore Theatre and music. I would like to be able to join the Travellers Centenary Club (https://travelerscenturyclub.org/) one day as I love travelling.

Vintage Cards - I think its great when I get to send an old card, I know it’s silly, but I always think its so sad it never got to do what it was made for – I like to think of them finally set free!

Expired Cards – I don’t keep count, why note the negative things? I won’t register a card if it’s not arrived, sorry.
