1️⃣) Proverbs of your land or culture. ✒️

Proverbs are a traditional, short saying, stating a general truth or piece of advice.
For ex - “An apple a day keeps the doctor away" is an old English proverb that basically means that eating nutritious food will make you healthier.

So I am seeking Proverbs of your land or culture.

Please write your Proverb in following way.
- Write proverb in original native language (If non-english)
- Then write its TRANS-LITERATION in English.
- Then write its TRANSLATION in English.
- and finally please elaborate on its meaning for me to understand its meaning :).

2️⃣) Stories which your grandparents have told you in your childhood. 📖

Stories can be on anything, literally anything. As long as it has been told to you by your grandparents.

The purpose behind specifically wanting stories which your grandparents or elderly have told you, is so to get a peak into their generation and the place they come from, analyze the difference between their times and ours, and see what values and morals they tried to convey through their stories.
(I mentioned before, I am a philosopher, on my quest of truth and wisdom 😊 )
