I live in an old historic neighborhood in an old house built in 1923. I love history and would love to receive postcards of historic sites. In addition to old stuff, I love lighthouses, cats, castles, railroads, Old West towns, Native Americans, indigenous peoples and cultures, street scenes, small cafes, vintage bookstores and more. I'd love to hear a story, true or not, or a poem. The more creative you are, the happier I am. In addition, while I appreciate the effort and the geek in me applauds the technology, please, unless absolutely unable to do so, do not send a Touchnote card or other online postcard sending service. I enjoy getting cards that have actually been in the hands of the sender, not to mention the added special treat of the many different postage stamps.

I love to read and write and watch movies. I recently began snorkeling and feel very fortunate to live in a place where there are coral reefs I can swim. Favorite shows include Buffy the Vampire Slayer, True Blood and any type of Star Trek. Favorite authors are Diana Gabaldon, Tess Gerritsen, Charlaine Harris, Stephen King and Stephen Fry.
