About Алёна...

Attention please!
If you have my address but you feel that you are not ready to send a postcard to Russia, just ignore it. I am against any violence and war, and I do not want all these events to be happening.
In 2022, I would like to see balloons flying overhead, not rockets.

Hi all!
I’ve decided to update my profile a bit, because I’ve had quite a long break in sending postcards since 2017. But now once again I would like to plunge into this cozy world post-crossing . This is exactly what I need right now.
I live in Russia, in the Far East of the country, in the city of Khabarovsk.
I am a very creative person. I used to make Tilda dolls, then teddy bears for a while. Now my main hobby is cross-stitching. It calms me down and helps me relax.
I also collect dolls. I have a fairly large collection of Barbie dolls. My collection has about 150 dolls. And I really love each of them. This is truly a magnificent doll, in my opinion.
I also have a small collection of handmade teddy bears from various Russian teddy masters. They are all incredibly cute and very cuddly.
I have been collecting postage stamps since childhood. I really like it when a postcard or an envelope has an unusual stamp with an interesting plot.
I like postcrossing because you can get a postcard from almost anywhere in the world, where a stranger will just say "hello" and share something interesting with you, and maybe add an unusual postage stamp.
I love creative design of postcards. It's always great. But if a postcard has no significant design, it will be joyful anyway. Here are some postcard themes that I would appreciate:
*sea and sea views
*lighthouses
*colorful tropical fish
*Norway
*cartoons
*Disney (classic Disney, not modern. Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and other classic characters)
*birds
*cats
*sights of your country or city, or the place where you live.
*american muscle car
*various cute illustrations
*space illustrations and astronauts
*whales
*butterflies
*Teddy bears
*Moomin trolls
*Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter
*Snoopy the dog
*Indians
*Hawaii
If none of the items is suitable for you, not a big deal. I will be glad to receive any postcard from you.
Only one request - NO WAR AND POLICY on postcards. I am for peace!
I also prefer postcards without envelopes, but if you decide to send one in an envelope (I'm fine with it too), please don't send just a postcard. Please enclose a token: a piece of your country's newspaper, or a page from a book, or a flyer, a sticker , or something else. But only if it does not give additional shipping costs. I will be really grateful.
I would be glad to read a couple of words from you on the back of the postcard. It can be anything: how your day went, what you saw, what you read, what the weather is like where you are or anything else.
It can be anything you can write about at the moment ))
Please do not forget to write the date of posting and the registration number of the postcard.
Happy postcrossing )))
