About Silvia...

Hello dear postcrossers!

I'm Silvia from Brazil. Retired, 57 years old, living in a small town with my husband Jan (from Czech Republic), and 5 cats. I love reading (crime novelsare my favorite) gardening, watching series and cooking. Jan and I are vegetarian. We love all animals, and we prefer them alive and living free.
We love drinking wine and, sometimes, a good beer.
I also love traveling, and the countries I know well (more than Brazil!) are Czech Republic and Finland. In addition to these, I've visited Paris, London, Wien and Bratislava, very few towns in Norway and Kiruna, in Sweden (when we were visiting Finland). My next plans are visiting some towns in Germany, Poland, Russia, Latvia, France, Portugal and Italy (not the capitals... I love the small cities).

My favorite cards (it is not a demand, but only to help you, if you want that):
-City views, preferably small towns, villages, etc;
-Nature, fauna and flora.
-Beautiful illustration:
-Inge Löök
-Virpi Pekkala
-Irina Zeniuk (Blue Cats)
-Josef Lada
- Minna Lehväslaiho
-Pettson and Findus - and other illustrations with cats
-everything related to kitchen
If possible, please, send me cards in the standard format - 10x15cm.

Here is my collection:
-Others themes, if you don't have cards from your town (you can see my favorite themes here:

About stamps... well, if you are sending me a stamped postcard, you can use any stamp, I don't care because I wouldn't take it out of the card. But if you want to send me a card in an envelope, then I will collect also your stamp. And if you have used stamps that you don't know what to do with them, you can send me some. I was keeping used stamps here for years, and today I decided that I will collect them too. There are wonderful ones.
I love stickers on the postcards and you would please me a lot putting few ones inside the envelope. I can't buy nice ones where I live.
And, also, I love winter tea! We don't have cold weather here, so we don't find such delicious tea bags, with fruits, spicies, etc. If you send me something like that, please, give me your address, and I will send you a "thank you" card with pleasure ;-)

If you like to swap, look my offers, and we can make a good deal:

Happy Postcrossing!
