About Dieter...

Hello stranger!

Been a member for almost 14 years now and still really loving it! Since I work as a postman, this project really fascinates me! I have two ladies on my round who are also into Postcrossing, and seeing they have a card always makes me smile!

I'm living in Belgium, 43 years old, and married to my husband for 15 years now. (I'm the one on the right on my profile picture)

Right now we are hosting a boy from Chile who goes to school here for a whole year. A truly fascinating and interesting experience! (www.afs.org). We already have an American (host)daughter, a Thai, a Brazilian, an Argentinian and two Italian (host)sons. We are becoming one big international family!

I'm very passionate about classical music. I play the piano, flute and clarinet and love giving concerts.

You can make me very happy with some of these cards:

* Since I'm also a musician you could always make my day by sending me a postcard with a musical instrument on, or with sheet music :-) I hang every postcard like these on the wall above my piano, which makes a great decoration :-)

* I also would love to receive a postcard of your local theatre or opera building. It would be nice to have a collection of those cards so I can imagine going there!

* My chinese horoscope is a snake so any postcard with snakes on is welcome.
And my western horoscope is Libra so anything with scales are cool also :-)

Maybe you can tell me something about:
- the weather at the moment
- a wish to me
- your favorite quote
- your favorite book or movie
- why you love to live in your country/ city or why I should pay it a visit :p

I collect post stamps from all European countries and the USA so if you would have some laying around, feel free to send them to me! You'd really make my day! Or if you're also a stamp collector, I can certainly help you with stamps from Belgium, just let me know!

I'm waiting...

● ● PS ● ●

You do not have to wait 60 days, to get a new adress.
If you have sent me a card, and it has been traveling for over 30 days
Just give me the ID - Then I can Register the card
Please message me because it shouldn't take that long. Not even from Russia or USA.
Do not hesitate to contact me ......
