Hello Everyone,

I am a modern 59 year old woman living a quiet life in New Hampshire, USA. I'm a designer, licensed artist, seeker, talker, writer, singer, sporadic blogger, shameless self promoter & the owner of a small pottery manufacturing company.

I spend too much time on the computer, love coffee (less, now that I'm drinking it black)am prone to drama and have a really kind heart. I'm creating a new life after the loss of my 19 year old son, Neal, on 20 August 2012. He crashed that motorcycle of his and never came home again. Man, I miss that kid. :(

Have you heard of the Six Word Memoir? According to literary legend, Ernest Hemingway was once challenged to write a short story in only six words. His six-word story read: “For sale: baby shoes, never worn.” What is your six word story? Mine might read "Lost my child. Found my heart."

I am happy to receive any postcard you choose to send. Since I am the artsy type, I love anything hand made, creative, language, text, typography, black & white. A picture of your hometown would be very cool. I would also like to learn the words Love, Home and Family in your native language. Honestly, send whatever you like. I look forward to finding you in my mailbox!
