About Sharmas...

Hello Dear Postcrosser
"When you pray, you communicate with God. When you meditate, God communicates with you."
Indian concept of family is 'Vasudev Kutumbkam'. It means all the world is a family. On a more tangible plane, we feel that a family is the basic unit of any Society. So a happy and well-knit family ensures a happy and cohesive society. A family or home is the first and eternal school for any person and contributes immensely in shaping one's personality. It is the repository of values and beliefs. Of course, an individual's personality is also influenced by a host of other factors.
We are a family comprising of father, son, daughter in law and two grandsons living in New Delhi. On 23.01.2018 our revered, Mrs. Parkash Devi, joined the Supreme Lord. We miss her physical existence around us but her values and motivation always surround us. We request you to please pray for peace to her soul when (after reading our profile) you communicate with God in your prayers.
We cherish family values and traditions. We share the belief that a family that prays together, stays together. Exchange of ideas, speaking out the differences and respecting each other's individuality are also some of the facets of family cohesiveness.
We feel that Postcrossing is an interesting Forum not just to share postcards but through them our ethos, culture and sentiments.
We have no particular choice of postcards. It's your choice always which shall make us delighted. A postcard which makes you feel happy while put in post, would certainly make us happy when received in mail. So surprise us with any postcard of your choice.
We value the warmth of the message much more than the image on the postcard. Please tell us about your feelings and family values. Share your thoughts, experiences and stories. Share your worst fears, share your moments of courage; share your nightmares and share the dreams that shaped you; share your stumbling blocks and share your stepping stones as well. Share whatever flows spontaneously from your heart and let it be immortalized on paper through the ink of your pen. Let the emotions travel through the card.
We are earnestly waiting for your postcard!!!
Thanks for reading our profile. 💐
May Lord shower His choicest blessings upon you and your loved ones.
OM Shanti Shanti Shanti.*
(*Shanti means peace)
