I am a 72yr old meemaw who lives in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. All my family lives in Austin, Texas so I live with my big old one-eyed mutt and a pet squirrel. I like junk shops with all the old things. Not especially valuable, just old. I like to imagine the "life" of the people/events that may have used them. Jakey & I take my tiny trailer camping at the beach. I read, we fight over my crochet yarn and enjoy the ocean. At 67yrs old I learned how to kayak so now I take my little 8ft Sun Dolphin out on the lake to laze away the day. I have an odd sense of humor so I love people watching. We can be so entertaining and funny! Like the Elephant's Child (Rudyard Kipling) I am full of insatiable curiosity. I am also, proudly, a Marine Corps veteran. Any other women vets out there? A special thank you to you!

I would really love a card of Jacques-Yves Cousteau and Calypso. Funny things, all animals, old photographs (even unfamous people and proud women), islands and ships, old movies, Formula One etc....I want to see everything LOL! But I do have to say no porn, the world doesn't need anymore ugly to it. I really like homemade cards and appreciate the talent. Just, please, no spiders!
