Hello! My name is Sanora, or Nora for short. I live in Laramie, WY USA. It's a rather small town, but larger compared to some others in the state. I love sending/receiving messages through the mail, whether they are letters or postcards! I am both sentimental and nostalgic.

I welcome all kinds of subjects, and enjoy learning new things (especially about different countries) above all. My favorite subjects to study include gemology, forensics, chemistry, mythology, astronomy, and art. I love to draw, paint, read, write, play games, and be around nature. My favorite colors are purple, blue, green, and black. I am not a huge fan of the color yellow.

I also have a vast love for music. I like all kinds of music, except country. My favorite genre is rock. I also love 80's pop. I cannot choose a favorite artist or band. I do not watch television often, but my favorite movies are The Labyrinth, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Coraline, Slumdog Millionaire, The Simpsons, and a couple of others.

I have a passion for minerals, especially gemstones, and hope to be a collector of fine jewels someday, as well as design and cut my own pieces. I am planning on prospecting for gems for a large portion of my life.

I adore spending time around plants and trees, and hope to be mostly self sustaining as well. Botany and arboreal subjects also ignite my interest and I am working on being able to identify all of my state's native flora species.
