I live in the desert southwest of the United States of America in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I am a publications editor and enjoy photography, reading, traveling, collecting postcards, and writing to the Compassion International children I sponsor/correspond with in 25 different countries. For many years I crewed for a hot air balloon and love flying in hot air balloons! New Mexico is home to the International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta and hot green chile. My husband is a cowboy & enjoys working on a ranch rounding up cattle on his horse. I have 4 grown children: 2 are teachers, 1 is in the movie business, 1 is a computer technician.

Every postcard is a special gift from YOU and I treasure them all! My favorite postcards are typical tourist cards showing your city or country, especially with the name of place on the front of the card. I like vintage travel poster-style cards (like Lantern Press). I also enjoy postcards of historical sites, unusual buildings, bridges, castles, churches, royal families, traditional dress and customs, children, carousels/Ferris wheels/amusement parks, chocolate/candy, windmills, horses, cowboys/cowgirls, fruit, colorfully decorated eggs/cakes/food, really anything interests me.
