About Sabira...

Hello everyone!

My name is Sabira, I live in Moscow.
I love traveling, reading (fantasy, historical novels, science fiction), dancing (especially belly dance), listening to good music, meeting my friends and having a nice long chat with them.
I am a kind of a dreamer, I enjoy watching the sky and imagining what the clouds look like.

The best way to understand my taste and preferences is to check the list of my favourite postcards. (it´s a mixture of received cards and picked up from other profiles)
Most of them are bright colored and vivid.

I would be happy to receive the following postcards:

- books
- traditional costumes
- castles, palaces
- lemurs
- Africans
- yummy desserts
- breastfeeding
- jewellery of any kind
- rainbows
- waterfalls
- space, planets, universe
- sea, ocean views
- quotes and proverbs
- Moomins
- Madicken
- WALLE and EVE (cartoon)
- Avatar: The Last Airbender
- cartoons Hayao Miyazaki
- Greetings from... (Postallove cards)

You would make my day if you send me a postcard with images of the following: shots from The Clon series (2001-2002), Angelica and the king movie (1966), actor Tom Hiddleston, singer Shakira, images dedicated to the novel The Three Musketeers. These are very special for me.

No ad or self-made cards, please (except special cards listed above). I prefer real postcards.

If you wonder what to write on the postcard, please tell me something of the following: What makes you happy in your everyday life? Do you find some small pleasures? Do you take care of your inner child? When did you do silly but funny things last time? Are you more of a perfectionist or a lazybone? Do you think that life has a meaning, or it's just the process in the present moment that matters?
Let's make our world a better place. If you want, please share with me a story of kindness, which you know from the real life. Probably someone did something good to you, without expecting anything in return. It may be just a small gesture, but if you remember it, it hasn't been done in vain.

I try my best to make recipient's day by picking up a nice postcard from wish lists if possible. I do always use colourful stamps on postcards.

Happy Postcrossing!

P.S.: If you send a special or very beautiful postcard, please try to put it into an envelope. I have discovered, that the local postal workers put postmarks on the front side of the postcards, or take off some stamps, and some very beautiful postcards simply get lost on their way. This is dissapointing. Hope all postcards will come safely to their destination.
