SLMS

South Lake Montessori Elementary school is a group of students ages 6-12. Montessori is a diverse learning community where independence, positive self-esteem, critical thinking, academic progress, responsibility to self and others and a peaceful, appreciative stewardship of the Earth are fostered in each and every child.

Every year we have a World Culture day where we learn about our personal heritage and countries around the world. We want to collect postcards from around the world that tell us something about where you live. Because this is a school, please keep postcards age appropriate. Please feel free to send whatever you think is best. If you speak one of the languages listed above, we have many multicultural students, so don't hesitate to write in one of those languages.
