Hello,

My name is Riya, and I live in Almelo, a midd-size city in the most beautiful part of the Netherlands, Twente. I am 58, housewife and artist.

Something more about myself:
I love painting, mixed media, drawing, journaling, making art/junk journals, atc's, journalpages and cards for swaps and myself. Knitting, crochet, mostley socks, shawls and dolls, and since last year making my own yarn by dropspindling. Also making all kind of small dolls in fabric, and just a few weeks ago I started my first quilt...by hand because of no sewing machine.

I also love cats, long walks, photograph, cycling, going to (Vintage)fairs, rummage sales, thriftstores, art and music festivals (Blues and Rock&Roll), musea and Flower Parades. And am interrested in art, mind-body-soul, old crafts, gems, folk art, history.
