Renettefx

I live in a small border town, Ficksburg, in the Free State province, in the centre of South Africa. Lesotho is just across the Caledon River ( SA rivers are small with very little water unless they are in flood) and one of the town's streets ends in the border post.
It gets cold enough for the farmers to grow cherries successfully in our district (if there is no late frost!), but often the Maluti Mountains - they are in Lesotho- are covered in snow.
I enjoy traveling and have been lucky to have visited many countries.
I dabble in painting and drawing - I'd love to call myself an artist!
I'd appreciate a postcard that shows something of your country.
