I'm from Tyumen, Russia.
Tyumen is the first Russian city in Siberia; it was founded in 1586 on the river Tura. Before that the capital of Siberian tatars (Golden Horde) was located in the same place. It was medieval city in 12th-16th centuries and named Chingi-Tura. So our city has a long and interesting history
