About Jessica...

I'm a 37 year-old physicist and secondary school teacher for maths and physics.

I'm currently staying at home for my daughter Rebecca, who was born July 2016. My eldest daughter Helena is 4 years old now.

I love reading books (J.R.R. Tolkien, T. Pratchett, D. Adams, E. Colfer ...), geocaching, cooking, travelling (especially to Scotland) ... I greatly enjoy knitting, spinning and dyeing fibers and yarn.

I'd love to receive postcards showing
- the country / city / town / village you live in
- squirrels
- sheep
- country / state / province flags
- lighthouses
- food and/or recipes
- aurora borealis / aurora australis
- something astronomy-/ physics-/ mathematics-related
- spinning wheels / spindles
- people knitting, spinning...

Those are just suggestions - they are meant to make it easier for you to choose a card. You may of course send me any card you like... I love a surprise!

Handmade cards and postcards with pictures you have taken yourself are very welcome.

If you have absolutely no idea what to write, you might just send me your favourite recipe.

It would also be great if you could write a few words in your native language.
