About Valentina...

Hello, postcrossing community!

It is really very difficult - to write about myself))
So, a few words…
I live with my cat-sphynx in St. Petersburg - city of famous "White Nights"
I play violoncello in one of the best theatre all over the world - Mariinsky Theatre.

I'm really like to play music of tango, especially of Argentinian composer Astor Piazzolla. It's my soul!
Also I love to travel, see places, and meet new people - three or four times a year I usually have concert tours - I love its so much!

Some tips for you:

I am interested in YOU, your hometown, homeland and culture. Please send a postcard from the city/town/village you live in.

Please, DON'T send me empty card. I like writing letters very much, so some sentences on your postcard would make me very very happy.
It can be anything. Anything, you want to tell to stranger from other country. Maybe something about you? Your hobbies? Your country? Or anything you can imagine.
(It would be very interesting if you write what do you think about Russia and Russians. It doesn't matter good or bad, write your opinion. :)
I would love if you write something on a postcard in your language (with translation into English))))

I'll be glad if you can send me cards with image of
-violoncello
-theatre
-dancers of tango
-cartoon characters or characters from fairy tales from your country
-if you are from Japan, do not think for a long time - just send me a postcard with cartoon characters of Mijazaki - it will be a great gift for me!
-if you are from Finland, do not think for a long time - just send me a postcard with characters of Inge Löök - it will be a great gift for me too!
-if you are from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, China and Ukraine I hope for "Did you know" cards.

However, these should be just suggestions. Send me a card which
you yourself would be happy to get. Any card you send is appreciated :)

Looking forward to hear from you.
