I used to live in Scotland on the West Coast before I moved to NL.

I currently own 6 cats, and I used to own a labrador too some years ago in Scotland.

My main hobby at the moment is researching my family tree , I have made contact with many genetic cousins through DNA testing.

My family roots are in Wales, Scotland, Ireland and England with links to USA , Canada, Australia New Zealand and here in The Netherlands. I am also researching my husbands Belgian and Dutch roots too.

I learnt to sail a few years ago and enjoy being on the water when I get a chance , the feeling of freedom and seeing the wind fill the sails is usually very relaxing as long as the rain is not trying to dampen my spirits at the time ;-)

I enjoy learning about other cultures and hope to be able to travel a little more in the future. For the moment the postcards and communications via postcrossing will help me travel from the comfort of my home.
