I have always loved mail. I work for the post office now and have many times before. I am a writer. I love words, ideas, music, people, and places around the world. I travel every chance I get, but usually to small towns "in the middle of nowhere" - usually to letterbox there. I have enjoyed letterboxing since 2002.

I sew and quilt with a huge collection of fabrics accumulated over decades. I love making dolls and animals.

I collect 1:64 toy cars, old monkeys, patchwork, handmade dolls, decorative tins, tiny planters for tiny plants, and fabric.

I love delicate things, tiny things, hidden in plain sight things.

I like almost anything! Write about your day or your favorite poem.

My favorites are:
Mothers and children (and animals with babies).
Children's book characters - especially vintage.
Toys & kids at play - toy cars, bears, cloth dolls.
Postal buildings, mailboxes, postal stamp cards.
Art Nouveau, especially Mucha.
Cats.
Festivals.
Pretty flowers - especially artists' paintings.
Birds - paintings, etchings.
Art of women.
Food packaging homemade cards with poetry or thoughts you have written on them.

I enjoy stamped and mailed postcards as well as those mailed in an envelope. The choice is yours. But, it is safer to mail them in an envelope to keep them from being damaged in the machines.
