I am a writer, teacher, and artist. I enjoy reading and cooking, using family recipes and trying new ones. My heritage is Italian (grandfather from Altemonte, Italy) and German. I also enjoy using technology and learning about the world. And types of cards I'd like? Every single one will be treasured and although many don't, I would enjoy those you create artistically - I see that as an additional gift from you to me. ;-)

I have three grown children, 10 grandchildren and a new-to-me adopted rescue dog, Mickey. He is a 10 year old miniature pinscher and just as sweet and calm a dog as I have ever had.

I retired a year ago and am loving the slower pace of life. I keep busy in ways I choose and when I just want to "sit," I do that without guilt.
