We are a family of five people from the Netherlands. Our hobbies are geocaching, hiking, swimming and playing games. The kids love making their own art by drawing, painting, glueing etc. And yes, these Dutch youngsters also like their computer games!
Their dad is a structural engineer and mum a science teacher.
*By using post crossing we would really like to see pictures of something special in the area where you live in. This can be natural or cultural. A forest or lake, a castle, statue, anything. In our first year of postcrossing we already received many multiview card, if it's not too much of a bother we prefer singleview cards more.
*Because we're all scouts, postcards which are scouting related are also welcome.
*We love special structures like lighthouses, tree houses, castles etc. a postcard like that would be very welcome.
*And postcards about fairy tales or famous stories or legends from your country. Or with pictures from famous children's books from your country.
But most of all we'd like to meet many interesting people from all around the world through our mailbox! If you'd like to send us a handmade card, please feel free!
Please write something in your own language on the card and include the English translation. We will check out on a map where you live and learning about your language will make this experience even better!
