Born & raised in Canada I've been lucky to travel occasionally, and have always enjoyed sending postcards to friends & family. I send them because I know how happy it makes me to receive them.

I dabble in creative hobbies such as photography & lino print making, as well as enjoying drawing with ink, watercolour & acrylics.

The books I surround myself with tend to be non-fiction, because I am always curious about the world around me, although I also collect graphic novels, old children's books & fairy tales.

Two Siberian Forest Cats, a turtle & a Portuguese Water Dog live with my family, and while I enjoy most things involving felines, I have a really BIG soft spot for SQUIRRELS & Owls!

Interests include late 19th century to mid-20th century Western social history & design, Japanese textiles & block prints, black & white illustrations and English history.

I like all kinds of postcards, and while it is nice to have a stamp on it, not all postal services are kind to postcards; so I will leave the use of an envelope to the discretion of the sender. :)
