About Nadine...

Hi!

My name is Nadine and I am currently in the finishing stages of my studies where I specialize in (international) politics and emergency aid.
I really like other countries and their cultures. All these different customs, traditions, dishes, sayings, you name it; they absolutely fascinate me. I just love getting to know new people and countries, and Postcrossing is an amazing way to do this :)
I also love classical music (and movie soundtracks!), the rain, museums, tea, puzzles, and stories. Furthermore, I like writing, crocheting, geocaching, reading, hiking, swimming, scrapbooking, trying out new recipes, and learning languages. I also love watching movies and series - if you have any nice recommendations for me, regarding movies/series/books, please let me know! :)

I like all kinds of cards, especially those with a picture of the landscape of your country/city or typical ones of your country (preferably no small multi-views). I love to see and to get to know your country a bit better through postcards! Cards with lighthouses, oceans, sunsets, mountains, the northern lights, forests, hot-air balloons, ferris wheels, foxes, castles, books or city views are really beautiful as well. I also very much love snow! I get super happy whenever I see snow haha. So cards that have a connection with snow or winter or Christmas are amazing too (all year round). But basically, just any card you like! :) I am grateful for every card that reaches my mailbox.

I love it when there are words written on your card in your own language! You could tell me your favourite quote or your deepest wish, a special/rare/weird thing about you or your country, your favourite movie or book, what you see when you look out your window, something you did that day, your favourite dish, anything you would like to tell. I also like it when there are pretty stamps on it.
Postcards are more appreciated by me if they are without an envelope ;)

I hope you have as much fun writing the postcard as I have reading it!
Happy Postcrossing!

Greetings,
Nadine
