My name is Katerina.

The art of written communication is slowly becoming obsolete,so i am keen to join up to a "written" web site.
It's so nice to receive real mail from around the world instead of just bills and advertising.

I live in Jerusalem -one of the oldest cities in the world, unique and incredibly beautiful.

I enjoy reading,dancing, travelling and learning languages,taking photos, cinema and music,spending time with my family and friends,learn new things and have new experiences.

I would be absolutely delighted to receive postcards of:
ANYTHING THAT YOU MAY HAVE FOUND INTERESTING ...or perhaps:

City landscape or typical landscapes of your country,street scenes or views.

I have a special project at the moment -to collect animal postcards for my old daughter ( especially cats,dogs,penguins,pandas,horses and lynxes).

Cards related to reading, readers or authors.

Book illustrations and covers.

Heroes of cartoons and children books (for example Moomins)

Art, cards from local museums or by local artists or anything having to do with music,literature or art in your country.

Members of Royal families.

Fashion dressing of different historical ages,retro.

Every card relating to Italy.

Card relating to Jewish culture or heritage in your country: museums,memorials,synagogues,Jewish quarters, e.t.c.

Birthday cards and wishes in June are welcome.

What makes a card special to me, is the text on the back side.
You can tell me about you,your daily life and new impressions,your country or town,your favorite place,book,movie or maybe your favorite recipe.
I like to learn about different types of music from all over the world. Please tell me about your favorite music from your home country / city / town.
What you are interested or passionate about,what makes you smile,what your most favorite place to visit?
Or tell me about the postcard- what is the picture,is there a story behind it?
Anything that's of important significance to you,your country or city would be greatly appreciated.

Please write a couple of words in your native language -i will really appreciate it.

I will be happy to receive your postcard.
I prefer written,dated and stamped postcard.
Every card will be registered on the same day i receive it.
If you have sent me a card and don't get a response in a timely manner, please let me know.
