About Siny...

My name is Siny and I live in Nijkerk, a small town in the middle of The Netherlands. Bordering the National Park "Veluwe" and close to the (former) sea we are surrounded by woods and polders.

I like the idea of sending and receiving real cards instead of the usual e-mail option.
I'd really enjoy cards having to do with dancing: Ballroom, Latin, Ballet, or other. Dancing in art (Degas, Vettriano, etc.) or anything else to do with dancing.

Horses are another nice idea. They are my favourite animal.

I also love flowers: roses, anemones, freesias and hydrangeas are among my favourites.

I collect cards of the USA State Flowers and anything in that line would be welcome. So, USA-postcrossers, please indulge me.
* Received State flower cards: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IA, ID, LA, MD, MN, NC, NM, OK, TX, VA, WY.

I also collect USA state map cards.
* Received State map cards: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI,IA,ID, IL, IN, KS, KY,LA, MA, MD, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OR, PA,SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI.

For CZ postcrossers I have a special request: I'd love to receive cards of Krtek. He is been my favourite for years!

There is a lot I like so just surprise me or have a quick peek at my favourites. They are a mix of cards I've received and others I've seen on the website. They show the type of cards I like, not necessarily the exact cards I hope to receive.

September 2016:
To my dismay this "wish list" has grown considerably in the time I have been postcrossing. So many gorgeous cards have passed before my eyes on this site, and actually dropped in my mailbox, that I now have become an avid collector...
