Hello Fellow Postcrossers,

Things I love, in no particular order:

Music - Rock, Pop, Classic Country, Alternative, Contemporary Christian, and some Spanish language singers/bands. I love going to concerts and I got to see NEEDTOBREATHE and Switchfoot last year and I'm looking forward to seeing a few bands live this year.

Animals - I have a cat, Miss Tessa and a dog, Tucker. I also foster kittens, and currently have 3: Hall & Oates are two bonded brothers. They are sweet but skittish. Courtney is a little older than the boys and might as well be named Ariel because she wants to be where the people are.

Travel - I haven't traveled extensively, and I'll be doing more road trips than flying for the foreseeable future, but I love to go/see/do. I have even traveled for Postcrossing! I was very lucky to be able to attend the Aland Islands meetup in 2018. I have also been to, or hosted, meetups in San Diego, CA, New Orleans, LA, and 3 in Texas - Alamo, Plano and Fort Worth.

I retired from the travel industry in 2020, so travel related postcards would be great, especially retro or unusual ones.

I'd love to receive postcards from places with unusual names. So if you live in or have visited a town with a funny name a postcard from there would be great. If there is a legend or story behind it - so much the better. For international unusual/funny name an explanation of why it is so might not be amiss.

Some of my favorites in Texas and Louisiana are:

Louisiana:
Frogmore, Tickfaw, Rattlebone Hollow

Texas:
Dimebox, Old Dimebox, Cut and Shoot, Bug Tussle

I'll be happy to receive postcards of any of the things above, or any other interesting ones you have; especially any postcards you've had a hard time finding a home for.

I would also love to have postcards of the painted town of Zalipie, Poland , the European Boundary Stones and tiny monuments like the ones here: http://www.smithsonianmag.com/travel/worlds-smallest-monuments-180962256/

Estonian Postcrossers if you have something from the Kingdom of Torgu I would love to receive it.

Happy Postcrossing!
Jessica
