Hi!
Our names are Joan and Paige, and we are 18 y.o. identical twin sisters.
We have always enjoyed learning about other countries, whether it pertain to the geography, history, landmarks, people, or culture. Our interest in postcards began when we started writing to penpals, and Postcrossing has proven to be an awesome way of expanding that hobby. It's great to be able to have a share of other parts of the world, and share our part of the world with others.
Some of our hobbies include reading, writing, watching movies, going to sporting events(American football, basketball), photography, drawing, and music(our favorite bands/musicians are twenty one pilots, Green Day, almost all classic&alternative rockers, classical composers, and jazz artists), among others. We play a few instruments each (violin,flute,saxophone, clarinet, piano) and are massive fans of the Green Bay Packers, Oakland Raiders, Iowa Hawkeyes, and Michigan State Spartans. We love travel, and Postcrossing gives us an opportunity to do that virtually!
What really matters on the postcards we receive are your words. One of the main reasons we've joined Postcrossing is to communicate with a wide variety of people around the world who enjoy sending mail. To us, the back makes any postcard special. Feel free to share something interesting:

Although we have no limits to the postcards we receive (we enjoy them all!), it would be really cool if we received any of the following:
-All things Irish/British (Almost all of our ancestry comes from the area!)
-British stamps, Princess Diana
-Scandinavian(or general northern)scenery
-landscapes or landmarks
-movies (old and new); actors/actresses(classic); old-fashioned photos
-sports teams and/or stadiums
-universities
-historical sites, castles, people or moments in history
-composers (Mozart!), singers, and bands
-creative photography
-national parks (esp. Joshua Tree in CA; Badlands in SD)
- cities/skylines
-food & culture
-ancient, medieval, and Renaissance art
