Hi everyone!

My name is Monika, and I have lived in Hamburg, Germany for about 30 years. In 2013, with my husband and son, we have changed our place to live - we moved to Wedel, a small town in the west of Hamburg - into the green with an own garden, flowers and plants, many birds and calmness.

I am very glad to have found "Postcrossing" in an article of a stamp magazine some time ago. For me, it is fascinating to be connected with people of the world and learn something about their places even without travelling.

If you ask yourself what kind of postcard you should choose -
I would like to have a view to the place where you live or your favourite place.
I am intrested in flowers of all kinds and in nature, esp. nature defeating or conquering back urban areas.
I also like humurous (not contemptuous) cards - or just send one which you would like most to receive yourself!
If you live in Scandinavia - I like very much Inge Löök`s Old Ladies.
But I`m looking forward to any card you send, so feel yourself free!

I have one request:
I am a passionate collector of stamps from all countries of the world, so I would be very happy about nice or interesting ones on your cards! Many thanks for it in advance, and happy postcrossing!

And another request:
Would you please write your postcards on your own from your country or where in the world you are just staying. Please don`t give my address to any commercial company like Samsung to send a card. Thank you!
