Hi, my name is Anniek, I'm 30 yrs and I live in Nijmegen, a town in the Netherlands, close to the German border.

I live together with my boyfriend and our two cats. I've graduated university (Human Geography and Cultural Anthropology) a couple of years ago and now I'm working as a geography teacher.

I really love travelling, hope to become old enough to visit many more countries. So far I've been to South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana, Turkey, Sri Lanka, India and Thailand, and many European countries.
Besides travelling I like cooking, gardening, sports (running, cycling, swimming), (baby)animals and going out with friends and family.

If you don't know what to write or what kind of postcard to send me,I like cards with people on them; close-ups of elderly (tribes)men/women especially, and since I'm a geographer cards with (old) maps on them are also highly appreciated, as well as cards with Buddha (with flowers) on them.

And to add one other preference; I'm working on a collection of black and white photographs of people, so if you find an interesting card for me, I'd love to receive it. I want to get them framed and put it up in our living room as an artwork. Will you help me getting my DIY artpiece together?
