I have been collecting postcards since I was a child and am very excited to find this site! I love getting postcards and discovering the things we have in common and learning about our wonderful world.
I teach Health in a high school. I have three dogs and two very bad finches. In 2014 we fostered Chika and failed. In 2018 we fostered Obi and failed. Being a foster fail means you end up adopting your foster dog. Both are black and tan Shiba Inus. Chika is small and Obi is big and they are both waiting for treats. 😉 In August, 2019 I flew to Arkansas and picked up my puppy. She is a cream Shiba Inu and her name is Rosie! She is the cutest puppy ever.
My hobbies are reading, playing with beads, sending postcards and bullet journaling. I love the beach, Shiba Inus, feathers and birds.
I just read an email this morning from a spice company. They have declared 2020 to be the year of kindness. My question for you is what have you done recently that was kind? (I surprised my neighbor with a pretty dish towel.) or what was a kindness done for you that you genuinely appreciated? (One of my former students gave us a free dinner last night. Thanks Waldis.)
As we go back to school I am curious about how things are being handled where you are. So far we know that we are going to be all online. I would love to hear your perspective about school this fall. If you have a good strategy to share, I would appreciate it.
I appreciate every postcard sent. I am looking forward to getting mail from all around the world. 😊 Thank you!
