Hi! I am Monique. Who am I?

I am married with 2 kids. I have traveled all over and continue to love traveling. I love to learn about other cultures, people, and geographic locations.
I am a professor of Criminal Justice and Psychology. I have written two books, “The Book of Joy” and “Dancing with the Trinity.” When I’m not working I love to read, listen to music, explore and have adventures and am a nature photographer.

My all time favorite song is "Into the Mystic" by Van Morrison and I love the "Chronicles of St. Mary's" book series by Jodi Taylor. I live in a small midwestern town but it is famous for its lake and Dunes. People come from all over to explore our Dunes and national park.

I am not particularly fancy or clever or funny but am a lover of stories and exploration and people.
