Meow Y'all!

My name is Mollie. I am a 13-year old shaded silver Persian cat. One interesting thing about me is that I cannot hear - I am deaf. Since I cannot hear anything, I have to watch very carefully and know where my family members are so I can sit and sleep close to them. My mom says I cry really loud when I cannot see anyone...and when I see my mom running to pick me up as I am crying...well, I guess she heard me. :)

I was rescued by my mom, Rebecca, two years ago. My first family gave me up so they could have a new kitten. Yes, Rebecca came just in time. I now live in a very nice and quiet home in Texas with no other pets - I have to admit, I really like being the 'Queen Cat'. My days are spent sleeping (that is me sleeping in my profile picture, too) and waiting for my family members to come home after work and school.

Sooooo, what kinds of cards would I like to receive? Hmmmm...puuurrrr...hmmmm...let me think. I know, how about sending me cards of other cats, birds, fish, or small animals I would enjoy playing with. OR if you think there is a special card a very old, friendly female cat would enjoy looking at while my mom shows and reads it to me, then I am sure I will like it 'puuurrrrrrfectly' well.

My mom says I receive the best cards. :) I want to thank everyone who has sent a card to me and to those who will send a card...I LOVE THEM! Each postcard makes my mom smile and me very happy as she reads them to me.
