Bonjour from France !!

I'm Nathalie and I live near Vichy, a spa and resort town in the middle of France (Auvergne).
I'm married and happy mother of 2 boys.

I enjoy simple pleasures in life. I love chocolate, red wine & cheese, having a cup of tea, gardening & reading.
Please tell me about your favorite book, the kind of music you like ... and why not a typical recipe from your country ;)

It may seem a little bit weird but I'm also really and truly interested in yoga, ayurveda and mindfullness.

My motto is "do not do to others what you would not like them do unto you".

I hope that this experience will bring me new perspectives on other cultures.
