Hi, Postcrossers! My name is Meagan, and I'm 24 years old. I live in the Magnolia State, Mississippi (United States)! In fact, my photo was taken under a magnolia tree. We are known for our Southern hospitality.

In addition to my Southern heritage, I attend college at The University of Southern Mississippi! I am majoring in public health with a minor in nonprofit studies. I'd love to work with USAID in the future, so perhaps I will partner with your country in my career!

A few of my favorite things are: my dog, Bitty (he is on my Postcard ID labels); The Sims computer game franchise; sweet tea; and receiving real mail! Thank you in advance, fellow Postcrosser, for sending me a postcard.

Postcard Preferences:
Some of my favorite cards received from the forum so far have been unexpected, original, and occasionally handmade. If you have a misfit card, there's a good chance I will see something beautiful in it.

Designs - NEW (not vintage), original (your own) artwork, fun illustrations, something unique! I DO enjoy handmade cards, but not custom cards designed on a computer. Lately I've realized that I'm drawn to colorful cards!
Content - favorite quote or saying in your language, local weather, a special meal, personal hobbies, traditions in your family/country, current events, something we have in common! I'll listen to anything you want to talk about. It's more meaningful if it's candid and personal.
