Hello everyone!

My name is Mikhael (Mikl, Misha, Михаил, Миша, Мишаня, Михась, Мишутка), but my wife Lika calls me Ilyusha (Ilya). I've graduated from two Universities. From the first one, I'm a sports coach and from the second one, I'm an orthodox priest, bibleist and a christian missioner, a specialist in religious studies. I have my own business with climate control equipment (air conditioning etc). All our kids (boys aged 15, 9 and 6) are homeschooled. My oldest son (27) is married.

We would like to travel around the world one day as a family. Postcrossing is one of the ways to travel around the world, together with Couchsurfing. My global mission is to collect postcards from all countries in the world. Especially I want to get cards from every country in Europe, every USA state and every Russia region. I'm interested only in people and everything they do to express themselves - human rights, sports, art. I like to see human faces.

Travelling around the world doesn't mean only physical movement, but also a state of mind. So I must say that we're already travelling, and you can see it in our Facebook group: We'll be happy to get you comments there.

My name is Lika – I am a single mother of two sons (Vadim, 7, and Nikolay, 4). We live in a flat in a small town near Moscow with our cat Zlata. I am a private English teacher and I really like it! I also speak Spanish and Czech, so you can sign your cards in these languages, too! Here is our wish list for cards (in no particular order):

- single-view cards (especially sea and mountains views, bird’s eye views)
- cards with something special or historic about your country
- animals (pets, domestic, wild), especially eagles, wolves, tigers, hedgehogs, dolphins, but all other animals are also welcome! Baby animals are the best!
- people wearing national costumes or performing everyday chores
- moms with children
- yummy food & tea, coffee (+ maybe recipes!)
- funny cards
- anything related to LEGO, planes, trains and cars – my boy just love them!
- Disney cartoon characters for boys (favs are Cars, Planes and other “boy” cartoons – but
- seasonal greetings - Halloween, Christmas, Easter, birthdays (we all have them in July – 10th, 16th and 18th)
- hand-made cards (neatly made, NOT just a photo printed out) are very much welcome (especially related to the topics mentioned above!)
- or you can just surprise me with something nice that you really like!
