Dear Postcrosser,

I am a young graphic design student from Krefeld, Germany.
My focus is culture organization, which means that I am very interested in interdisciplinary collaboration between, for example, art, graphic design, dance, theatre, music and literature.
Krefeld is a wonderful city at the Rhine. Nearby are many larger cities, such as Dusseldorf or Cologne. There is also a lot of beautiful nature here. I like to drive through the woods and meadows by racing bicycle.
Krefeld is known for its historic textile industry. There is a large art and music scene in the city. I love to live here because there is a lot going on and you can meet a lot of different people.

I would like to read something about this:

- Tell me about your country, your city or culture. What is the best or special thing about the place you live or the people around you?

- I play the drums. Do you play an instrument, too? Write me what kind of music do you play. What do you like about your instrument?

- Through my work for the Municipal Museum, I have developed a great fascination for art. I love different expressions. Some of my favorite artists and art movements are Mies van der Rohe, Yves Klein, Mondrian, Bauhaus, Consturktivism, Picasso, Gaudi and so much more.
Is there any interesting thing about art in your city? Do you like art as well? Which kind of art is your favorite. Write me :)

- I read a lot of books. I like to read coming-of-age novels or novels based on real events. Sometimes also a thriller of e.g. Simon Beckett, or criminal novels by Henning Mankell. Do you like to read as well? What do you currently read? tell me about it.
