About Michele...

Thank you to MJS from Stamford. She received a card that had a card for me stuck to hers. She put mine in an envelope and sent it on to me. I really appreciate it. This card from Russia had been travelling over 80 days.

Note to everyone who will receive a postcard from me that is dated 12/14/2019:

I will be sending all of these holiday or winter themed cards together in an envelope to Noel, MIssouri, USA. There, each card will received special Christmas stamps from the postal volunteers there. (These are not postage or cancellations.) Then, from there, the cards will continue on their way to you. This is something fun that the Post Office in Noel has done for years. You can read more about this here:

This may add a couple of extra travel days to your card but I hope it also adds enjoyment to receiving your card.

*********************************************************************************

I live with my family in a small town north of Kansas City, Missouri.
I like to sew and I also do some gardening. I read a lot. My husband and I love high school football (American football.) I participate in activities at church, such as handbell choir, Awana and Upwards basketball/cheerleading.

My favorite postcards show what you, the sender, see or do on a regular basis. I like artwork, historical sites, activities or nature scenes that are from your area.

I love vintage cards, the ones that were printed years ago but never sent.

I would enjoy receiving cards that were purchased at a world event, such as the World Cup, Tour de France or Olympics, for example. Please write a little about your experience at the event.

Postcards that you get while on vacation or traveling for your job are great also.
I would enjoy postcards that you think are different or funny.

A holiday card from your country or an American holiday, or birthday cards in May would be nice.

An ad card made from a box would be fun to receive as long as it was purchased in your area and is not in English. I would also enjoy seeing your artwork on a homemade card.

Please don't send these types of cards: mature/adult/sexual theme of any kind, anime, clowns, vampires, monsters, goth or violence. So, other than what I just listed, whatever you want to send to me will be appreciated.

Please write a little about yourself on the card or draw a picture. Or you can write why you chose that card. Don't forget the date.
I look forward to opening my mailbox! Thank you.
