I'm a married vegetarian mom of a daughter in college in Denver, Colorado (USA). I work for American Greetings. My interests include paper crafts, mail art, postcards, books, movies, and my pets. I have 2 little dogs and a small parrot. My very favorite color is purple.

HOLIDAYS -
Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day, any holiday!

BOOKS -
libraries, people reading, book covers, etc

FLOWERS -
irises, lilacs, lotus, lilypads, orchids, peonies, hyacinth, esp purple flowers

ANIMALS -
dogs, birds, owls, crows, peacocks, narwhals, koi, butterflies, dragonflies, cute rodents, mice, squirrels

MYSTICAL -
fairies, gnomes, elves, goddesses, dragons, unicorns, mermaids, vampires, werewolves, the moon, castles

FOOD -
tea and teapots, also particularly sweets like donuts, cakes, candy, chocolate, etc.

ART -
Waterhouse, Van Gogh, Dali, Picasso, Josephine Wall, Amy Brown, Brian Froud, Susan Seddon-Boulet

WEIRD -
quirky, odd, unusual cards, I am not easy to offend :-)

TOURIST -
museums, zoos, cities, landmarks, maps, "Hello from..." cards

HUMOR -
esp fond of Anne Taintor cards or other types of snarky humor

Please don't put the card you send to me in an envelope. I also don't send cards that way even if someone asks for it. It's all about the journey! The stamps, the postmarks, a note, the little flaws that come with the mail handling! If you want perfect postcards, just order them online.There are other sites and groups for swapping postcards in envelopes.
