Hello postcrossers all over the world,

my name ist Melanie and I love sending and receiving postcards. But nowadays it`s not that common anymore. So I was happy to hear about postcrossing.com.

You`re invited to write to me about anything you want to, especially who you are, where you live and what you like. Maybe we have something in common?

I like reading, travelling in common but especially trekking tours, being with my friends, theatre, music (from classic to rock), and movies. Maybe you can give me a tip about one of these themes, something I have to see, hear, read or do in the future.

I love comic postcards (black humour is the best), but also maps, postcards that show me something related to your home country or city, cats (I have two), trees, landscapes and arts (Chagall, Picasso or something you like especially), cards related to special times of the year: birthday in september, christmas in december or easter cards in the spring time.
As a matter of fact I became interested in nude art and weird postcards in the last time. I was inspired by some interesting profiles here. So I would be glad to receive one of those.
