My name is Masha. I live in Saint-Petersburg (The North capital of Russia as it metaphorically called). I am a post-graduate student in museum studies. I like traveling and getting more about the world.

Actually, I'll be pleased to get any card you like. It'll be a surprise for me.
It will also be great, if you send me a postcard with view of
* your city (preferably one view)
* landscape of your region (I like nature, bird's-eye views, sunrises and sunsets)
* interesting building, architectural or sculptural monument (may be funny)
* historical place (cultural and natural heritage preserved by UNESCO or not)
* museum (famous, your favourite or unusual - or may be something which is kept there)
* book illustration
* porcelain, glassware or stained glass
I adore the style of the end of XIX - beginning of XX centuries (in different countries it has a particular name: l'art-nouveau, der Jugendstil, Secessionsstil, модерн..). So I'll be happy if you send me a postcard with image of a building or a piece of art made in this style in your country.
It's very interesting for me to get more about your city, region, country or culture. I'll be glad to receive a card which can symbolize them. It can be a famous monument, heroes (like Moomins or Sherlock Holmes) or something special.

I'll be glad if you write me some words about yourself and about the ideas and the feelings which the postcard inspires you. It is also interesting to read a poem (or its part) or some thoughts which you recollect on this day or associate with the postcard.
