Hello, dear Postcrossers,
My name is Margit, I am from Austria, I live in a town near Salzburg. I am in my sixties. My greatest treasure is my family. I have two grown sons, a daughter-in-law and three cute little grandchildren.

“Always stay curious” … this sentence was written on a card which I received some time ago. That is my motto for Postcrossing! I am always curious about the cards which are sent to me, the front, the backside, the stamps, the handwriting, the text, …
Each card has something on it, what takes my attention.
So … I love all the cards people send (I prefer to get only one card, without an envelope, written and stamped).

If you need some hints what to send, here are a couple of topics for cards which I like especially:
The surrounding area, where YOU live (villages, towns, valleys, cities, ...), beautiful landscapes, atmospheric scenes with the sun, cloud formations, thunderstorms,... castles and famous buildings, aerospace and astronomy, ocean, islands, ships, language, music, engineering, interesting facts concerning biology, physics, sciences, …
My wall of favorites shows the types of cards I like, not necessarily the exact cards I hope to receive... I don't mark cards that I've received as favorites, but each card is special to me.
