About Mireille...

Hello,

My name is Mireille and I live in The Netherlands nearby Rotterdam. I live there with my 11 year old son and 7 year old daughter.

I started postcrossing just before my daughter was born. But being busy rasing here, I forgot about it, but now I'm back!! I think Postcrossing is a very nice thing to do. You pass by people from all over the world without leaving your house! And in a time you only receive bills and TAX-letters it's very nice to find a surprising postcard on your doorstep! But.... don't expect me to stay in touch with you, cause that's not my goal.

I'm happy with every card I receive, but if you have one, a silly/funny/naughty/strange card or card with a game or a riddle would be great! But it would also be great if you sent the card to my kids instead of me. Their name's are Willem en Jet.

And I think it would be nice if you would write something on the card. If you don't know what, just tell me what you see when you look out of your window at the moment you are writing me the card, or what your plans are for the day. Then it feels like I know you a little!

If I sent cards by Postcrossing, I always scan them before sending them out (OK some I haven't because the scanner was broke). For me it's nice to see what cards I have sent and for the receiver it's very nice, because he or she don't have to do it anymore. So it would be nice if you could do the same for me!

Bye and kind regards,
Mireille
